We were blessed to work with an outstanding realtor, Maria Crespo. Maria patiently and kindly guided us through our home buying process (first time home buyers). She never made us feel inexperienced or ignorant due to our lack of experience and understanding. Maria has SOOO much class! Needless to say, her first recommendation was to see what my husband and I qualified for and to get a “pre-approval letter.” On our first phone call, she answered all my questions, probed us to understand our needs, and made herself available to my husband and I on days, nights, weekends. When I found a home I wanted to see, Maria would make time to meet us to show us homes that we “must see today.” When we FINALLY found a home, we wanted to put an offer in for, she guided us on our offer amount and then proceeded to negotiate in the background to allow us to pick our roof color and have the homebuyer cover this cost. She was so humble that she gave the sellers credit for this when, in reality, she was the brains behind this. Maria put us first EVERY step of the way, fighting for us and advocating for us. When we ran into a situation that could have potentially pushed our closing date, she fought on our behalf, and we closed ON TIME. We ONLY closed on time because she fought for us. I HONESTLY cannot imagine having bought this house without Maria. For me, it became so real when we were closing, and I naturally was looking to her. We had built trust over our time together and I KNEW she would look out for my husband and I. To make EVERYTHING sweeter, she stayed with us through closing and celebrated us getting our first home. !!! Home-buying could be a roller coaster of emotions, but Maria had the answers to all our questions. She made it easy and smooth from the start until we closed in 17 days!!! It was such a great experience to work with someone who is very friendly and pleasant, kind, truly efficient and most of all, very responsive.
